The Ted Olsen Trio is a group of close-knit improvisers that play with joyful sophistication and intuitive spontaneity.

 

Their repertoire focuses on the jazz canon including:

swinging standards, rollicking blues numbers,

tasteful bossa nova, and captivating ballads.

 

In addition to playing private parties and weddings, they’ve been featured at Twin Cities venues including: Icehouse, The Lexington, The Black Dog Cafe, and Jazz Central Studios.
